Student Requirements

Age: 12 years to adult

Able to hold a mounted shotgun in their shoulder for 20 seconds
Hunter Education graduate
Idaho hunting license or Hunting Passport required for hunt

Course Description

Students will learn to safely hunt upland birds on the wing.  The program is taught by experienced upland hunters.  The class meets the following Sundays: 8/24/25, 9/7/25, 9/14/25, 9/21/25, 9/28/25, 10/5/25 and 10/12/25 (date of the preserve hunt).  


Returning Students

Returning students are requested to wait until 8/10 to sign up for the course to ensure new students have access to the program.
