Bring your family and friends to a fun and educational evening as we eat well, play hard, and learn about Quail Forever. This family-friendly event is for you, your spouse, your kids, your friends, and their families. Bring your hunting buddy, landowners, native plant enthusiasts, and others who are or might be interested in the conservation of quail and our outdoor lifestyle.
We'll gather at the VT Agricultural Research and Extension Center (AREC), stretching out, playing some lawn games, and having some laughs, while enjoying a delicious BBQ meal.
After dinner, we’ll have a brief 45-60 minute presentation on Quail Forever nationally, in Virginia, and our chapter's goals and events. Bob Glennon, the Southeast Virginia Private Lands Biologist, will be presenting what he does to help landowners make habitat plans and file the paperwork for government funding. Dr. Mark Reiter will discuss AREC's research for local agriculture.
Each ticket includes a raffle ticket for artwork, hats, a QF-branded ALPS OutdoorZ Lay-Z Lounger, and more. There will also be separate kids' raffles!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to this event!
Kids 3 and less eat free!
