This 5-part series is for women who are beginners and interested in learning about hunting. It includes a sequence of workshops designed to offer exposure, education and building skills, culminating in a mentored dove hunt during the Yuma dove season in September 2025.
The series is open to women 18 years and older and no prior experience is required.
By signing up, participants commit to attend one workshop per month over the course of 8 months, scheduled usually in the evening or on a weekend/holiday.

Trap-Shoot Workshop: Fri, 5/16 (evening)
Field to Table: Thu, 6/19 (evening)
First Shots Class: Wed, 7/9 (evening)
Dove Prep Presentation: Thu, 8/14 (evening)
Dove Hunt: Morning of Mo 9/1 or Sat, 9/6 or Sun 9/7 (TBD)
Cost: $25 (one-time fee)
