Ever wondered how prescribed burns are conducted?  Why are Prescribed Burns necessary? What is needed to do a prescribed burn? Different RX burn techniques, where to find information on conducting your own Rx Burn.  all this will be demonstrated by Kane County PF&QF and Strom Family Farm, Ryan Kurtz, Prescribed burn Manager, along with Caleb Worley, the Northern Illinois Prescribed Burn coordinator will be there explaining and answering questions and giving out information about prescribed burns and the importance of them. This Event will begin at 10:30 am at Strom farm, we will have a light lunch and refreshments after the burn. Hope to see you there. Event is completely free of change, Donations are always welcomed.
