This is an exciting opportunity for women to experience hands-on, mentored wing shooting clinics, habitat education, dog handling demonstrations, gear and clothing seminars, shotgun and shell selection and more.
This women-only program will introduce beginning and novice hunters to the basics needed to have a successful experience afield with a 2 to 1 participant ratio.
Participants will take their newfound skills afield during a guided, game farm hunt on date TBD in early 2026. The Bird Bustin' Babes and their dogs will be mentors.
Event is held at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club in Prior Lake, MN at the Hunter's Lodge. Lodging is shared rooms and bunks. All meals included. Chair massages will be available Saturday evening for an additional cost.
The Bird Bustin' Babes are passionate hunters, conservationist and experienced volunteer educators partnering with Metro Area PF.
Registration fees can be refunded if participation is cancelled 30 days PRIOR to the event. Otherwise it is considered a donation to the program.
